Although I’ve been in the lending business
for over 20 years, I never get tired of helping
people finance or re finance their homes. From
first time home buyers to corporate relocations,
I am a committed and passionate professional who

and attaining life long relationships. I look
at each individual customer’s needs and
financial situation and match them with the best
loan available, whether that’s a Conventional,
FHA, USDA or VA loan.

With over 16 years in the mortgage industry,
I have seen many changes. Some were good and some
were bad. The mortgage process doesn't have to
be difficult. The most important thing is to understand
your loan. Know what you are signing before you
sign it, and make sure your loan officer explains
the details of your loan to you.
If a well informed customer is working with an
experienced mortgage lender- purchasing, refinancing,
or building a new home should be a pleasant experience.
When I see a smile on a young couples face after
we have completed the loan for their first new
house, it makes it all worth it. No matter what
the purchase price of a house is, it means at
lot to my customers to be able to trust someone
with the biggest purchase in their life.

Denice May has been in the Mortgage Banking Industry
since 1996. As a “Full-Service” Mortgage
Banker, Denice works with you during each and every
step of the mortgage process. Denice is very knowledgeable

any need: first mortgages, second home financing,
acquiring investment properties, fixed rate second
mortgages, or tapping into equity lines of credit
for things like home improvements, college tuition,
or vacations. Whether your credit is spotless or
less-than-perfect, her experience will help you
-- mortgage financial consulting is her life’s

scrap booking, Hockey, baseball, soccer and dance.
