With over 16 years in the mortgage industry, I have seen many changes. Some were good and some were bad. The mortgage process doesn't have to be difficult. The most important thing is to understand your loan. Know what you are signing before you sign it, and make sure your loan officer explains the details of your loan to you.

If a well informed customer is working with an experienced mortgage lender- purchasing, refinancing, or building a new home should be a pleasant experience. When I see a smile on a young couples face after we have completed the loan for their first new house, it makes it all worth it. No matter what the purchase price of a house is, it means at lot to my customers to be able to trust someone with the biggest purchase in their life.

I always try to make the mortgage process a happy time for my customers. I will always listen to their needs, and try to answer all their questions before the closing.
